Broward Christian Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through kindred-learn-platform.lovable.app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you request a campus tour or contact the school, we collect the parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, the child’s first name and grade level, your preferred tour date and time, and any message you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on campus tours and admissions inquiries.
- To answer questions and communicate with prospective and enrolled families.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to tour requests.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from third-party advertising and analytics providers, including the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics. These tools place cookies on your device and send information about your visit — such as pages viewed and actions taken, like submitting a tour request — to those providers.
This allows us to measure the performance of our campaigns, understand how visitors use the site, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website or who resemble our visitors (including custom and lookalike audiences). Meta may process this data as described in the Meta Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices. Declining these technologies does not affect your ability to browse the site or request a tour.
How we share information

Children’s privacy
Our website is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to submit personal information through this site. Any information about a child (such as first name and grade) is provided by a parent or guardian as part of an inquiry. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and security
We keep tour requests and inquiries only as long as needed for admissions purposes and our recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls on our admissions system, to protect your information.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email us at enrollments@browardkids.org and we will respond promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
